Dubai, United Arab Emirates – February 2023: Join Rang Mahal in celebrating Holi on March 8th, one of India’s most vibrant festivals marking the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil. The award-winning dinning destination located at the iconic JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is set to commemorate the festival of colors with an exclusive offering for guests to enjoy the spirit of the occasion.
In honor of the spiritual festival, Rang Mahal’s expert culinary team has curated a special 6-course “Holi” set menu, featuring traditional delicacies from across different regions of India. The set menu is available for one day on March 8th from 6pm until midnight, in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian format for AED225 per person food only or with a selection of house beverages for AED345.
Guests can start off the culinary affair with an array of appetizers, including the classic Gujiya Ragda Chat along with Chilli Prawn Bao or Chilli Tofu Bao followed with Jhal Muri Scallops or Jhal Muri Nadru and Gujrati Dhokla Sorbet.
For mains, patrons can enjoy a flavorful Spiced Lamb Cutlet served with Wild Mushrooms Jeerakasala, Rogan Sauce, Pickled Mushrooms or Valley of Vegetables; Tempered Vegetables served with Cottage Cheese Masala, Grilled Asparagus, Korma Sauce. To end the night on the sweetest of notes, diners can enjoy a delicious Cassata Kulfi infused with a Medley of Sweet Flavors.
