Eataly At The Beach, the brand’s first licensed venue in the UAE, is switching up summer with the launch of the Italian Aperitivo, a true cultural experience dating back centuries offering the perfect blend of classic, high-quality food and beverages in a sophisticated setting to sign off the work week in style.
Part of Italy’s cultural fabric for hundreds of years, the Italian Aperitivo, derived from the Latin ‘aperire,’ meaning to open the stomach before dining between work and dinner, is an occasion like no other for an afterwork sign-off, chilled date night, or a catch up with friends. The elegant offering will lure contemporary gourmands looking to catch the end of golden hour while the sun goes down over one of Dubai’s most sought-after sunset spots, JBR, featuring views of the emirate’s unparalleled seafront skyline, including the iconic Ain Dubai.
Eataly at the Beach’s experienced team of in-house mixologists have collaborated with native Italian and head chef, Antonio Iacovelli – to create a sweet and savory taste and an eclectic range of more than 10 carefully crafted beverages.
Running bi-weekly on Fridays, starting 12 August 2022, the new the unparalleled experience allows for a drink of choice from a list featuring classic Italian grape-based specials, cocktails, and more, and unlimited food from Chef Lacovelli’s curated selection, for only Dh65, between 7-9pm.
This is a true, unmatched Italian F&B cultural experience, elevated by Eataly’s renowned high-quality cuisine, including the tantalizing tramezzino funghi e prosciutto (mushroom and veal ham tramezzino); flavour-packed pizza romana con Carciofi e ricotta (pala pizza with artichokes and ricotta cheese); and crocchette di patate (potato and mozzarella croquettes), among other options. For the sweet lovers, there is real Italian delight in the torta caprese, a decadent chocolate and hazelnut cake; or the delicious torta al limoe e meringa, fresh lemon and meringue cake.
