Entire gamut of fertility services now offered under one roof
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 23 May 2022: Gargash Hospital, the UAE’s first female Emirati-owned, multi-specialty hospital launches an integrated IVF facility which provides simple-to-advanced ‘Assisted Reproductive Technology' (ART) to help childless couples achieve their dreams of parenthood.
The facility provides the entire gamut of fertility services ranging from fertility counselling, genetic counselling, screening lab works, diagnostic imaging studies, genetic testing (PGD/PGTA/PGTM/PGT-SR), simple procedures like Ovulation Induction (OI), IUI (intrauterine insemination) to more advanced procedures like ICSI, TESA, PESA, and Egg/Sperm/Embryo Freezing. The self-contained, integrated unit brings together experts from Reproductive Medicine, Andrology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Fetal Medicine to provide the best care to the patient until delivery of a healthy baby. The embryology lab provides various services that include egg and sperm freezing, semen analysis, genetic studies, chromosomal analysis, and embryo biopsy on “Day 3” & “Day 5”. Other value-added services provided at the facility include fertility preservation genetic screening.
The integrated IVF-OB-Gyn unit, complete with its own separate entrance, reception, examination rooms, operation theater, recovery rooms, dedicated front-office staff, doctors, and nurses, ensures that the patients get the desired privacy, empathy and care during the whole patient journey. Though an integral part of the main hospital building, the IVF Unit is a self-contained unit and has all the amenities to function as a standalone unit. The IVF Unit provides a single-door access to the consultation rooms, treatment rooms, investigations rooms, embryology lab, and IVF OT, which is fully-equipped to perform diagnostic/operative gynecological procedures and various IVF procedures (egg collection, IUI, ICSI, TESA, PESA, etc.).
