Miller will be the fourth Gujarat Titans player to meet the fans in The Metaverse
19th May 2022, Mumbai: David Miller, Gujarat Titans’ star middle-order batter, will interact with fans in the Metaverse on May 20, 2022. Miller will be the fourth Gujarat Titans player to feature in such an interaction, following his teammates Shubman Gill, Rashid Khan, and Rahul Tewatia.
While expressing his excitement for his first session with the fans in the Metaverse, Miller said, “I am looking forward to this interactive session with the Titans fans. They have been a great support system throughout this season. Their overwhelming and continued support has helped us move ahead with confidence. I’d love to hear their thoughts and take questions in The Metaverse as we move ahead to the Playoffs.”
The Gujarat Titans had earlier become the first IPL team to launch its logo in The Metaverse. The team has also created three rooms in The Metaverse – showcasing its Locker Room, the Home Stadium and the Titans Dugout.
The fans can join the interaction at 7.30 pm IST by clicking here. To access the Locker Room, fans must download the Spatial App on their mobile phones, laptop or virtual reality devices. The first 45 people to enter the room will get the special opportunity to chat with David Miller.
Gujarat Titans became the first team to book their spot in the Tata IPL playoffs with ten victories in their 13 matches so far. Their next and last league match is against Royal Challengers Bangalore on May 19.
