GLENMORANGIE X INDIA
A fresh and TROPICAL highball.
Ingredients:
50ml X by Glenmorangie
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Honey Water
50ml Tender Coconut Water
Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Mint sprig to garnish
Method:
Fill highball glass with cubed ice. Add X by Glenmorangie, lime juice, honey water and tender coconut water. Stir and fill more ice if necessary. Top with club soda or sparkling water, stir and garnish with mint sprig.
GLENMORANGIE X SOUR
Our silky take on the sour. Easy to mix, and deliciously striking to serve.
Ingredients:
50ml X by Glenmorangie
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Maple Syrup
Method:
Pour X by Glenmorangie, lemon juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne saucer, and garnish with a cherry.
Feeling adventurous? Add half an egg white into the shaker to give your sour an even silkier texture.
GLENMORANGIE X GRAPEFRUIT
Fresh, vibrant and brimming with sunshine, this drink is delicious at any time of the year.
Ingredients:
50ml X by Glenmorangie
25ml 100% Grapefruit Juice
12.5ml Maple Syrup
25ml Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Method:
Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add X by Glenmorangie, grapefruit juice and maple syrup. Stir, top with club soda or sparkling water and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
ARDBEG WEE BEASTIE
Matured just for 5 years, this youngest Ardbeg is a raw, smoky, tongue-tingling, beautifully smoky dram. Matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, Wee Beastie is perfect for enjoying neat or as the mouth-watering main ingredient in a powerfully smoky cocktail.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright Auric
Nose: Very bright, fresh and herbal, with hints of vanilla, pear, freshly cracked black pepper, honey-glazed ham. Rich Turkish coffee, sappy pine resin. With water, more herbal top notes like vetiver and fennel, along with aniseed, green apple and leather.
Taste: A rich, explosive mouthfeel with lots of chocolate, tar, creosote and smoked bacon, followed by a burst of antiseptic lozenges, eucalyptus and more aniseed.
Finish: A long, salty and mouthcoating finish with hints of cocoa, fudge and savoury barbecue
Casks: Ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry
