Jaipur, 7 April: Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari met the Union Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh and the Union Home Minister, Mr Amit Shah today in New Delhi.
To the Defence Minister, she requested conducting Army Recruitment Rally in the Rajsamand Lok Sabha constituency. She said that the youth in the area have a lot of interest in the army and many ex-servicemen families also reside in this area. Union Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh assured that recruitment rally will be announced soon after completing the formalities. The BJP Government is committed to provide every opportunity to the youth to serve the country, he said.
Later she met the Union Home Minister Mr Amit Shah. She presented him a book published under the ‘Bharat Shresth‘ initiative, entitled : ‘ The Camel with a Japi ’ . She also congratulated him for the BJP victory in the 4 states in which the elections had been held recently. During the meeting she also apprised him of the deteriorating law and order situation in Rajasthan.
