Thiruvananthapuram: 18, March 2022: Women Inclusive in Technology (WE), a women forum in IT parks of Kerala, has honoured unseen workers of Technopark who keep the wheels turning amid the coronavirus outbreak. After a long hiatus, employees are coming back to campus, and these unseen warriors made all the necessary arrangements to equip Technopark for welcoming the employees. In an endeavour to acknowledge the efforts of covid warriors working in housekeeping, gardening and sewage sections, along with the Kudumbashree workers who manage the childcare hub of Technopark, WE organised a programme at the Travancore Hall of Park Centre.
Kerala State IT Parks CEO John M Thomas, Women Inclusive in Technology President Tina James, Press Ganey Operations Head Sunil Kumar, Timetronics Management Consultants CEO Shankari Unnithan, Technopark Employees Co-operative Hospital Representative Dr. Gauri Prasad and Noratel India Power Components Private Limited Manager Shabana Divakaran spoke at the function.
"The contributions of employees in creating a collective feeling at Technopark amid the pandemic go beyond words. Even in the midst of acute covid waves, these workers equipped Technopark in a way that any time employees could come back and work," says Kerala IT Parks CEO John M Thomas. "Technopark has high standards in work culture and women safety that can cope-up with the global levels," he adds.
