Dubai, March 2022 – Celebrate Nowruz, festival that marks the Persian New Year and the official beginning of spring with an exhilarating concert and gala dinner at Palazzo Versace Dubai. Guests will be transported into the ancient Persian world for an evening of spectacular indulgence and festivity.
Nowruz, which falls this year on March 20th, is the Persian New Year marking the first day of spring in the Iranian calendar. People all over the world come together to wish each other well and to welcome the future while letting go of the past. Enigma prepared for this occasion a spectacular celebration centered around Persian culinary traditions.
Beginning at 7pm, guests will be greeted by ancient Persian soldiers and escorted to the uniquely Persepolis-themed "Haft Sin" table, which includes seven symbolic items starting with the Farsi letter "S". Persepolis, whose magnificent ruins can be found in south-western Iran, is set to be designed as the event's spectacular centerpiece at Palazzo Versace Dubai. Guests will be seated at their respective tables where they will enjoy a phenomenal Nowruz dinner and choose from an array of exquisite dishes, including the Persian-flavours from a magnificent menu at Enigma, while listening to the DJ playing Persian modern & classic songs.
Following that, patrons are invited to immerse themselves in historical storytelling through various acts performed on the scene, all culminating in an unforgettable performance by two Iranian artists, Behnam Bani and Aron Afshar, in an alluring show.
