Jaipur, 01 March. Rajsamand MP, Diya Kumari today met the Union Minister for Environment, Labour and Employment, Mr. Bhupender Yadav. During the meeting, she appealed to declare Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary as Tiger Reserve soon. She also urged the Minister that the area around Kumbhalgarh should be notified and bearing in mind the population here, the notification area should be made one kilometer.
The MP apprised Mr. Yadav about the suggestions given by the Marble Mines Association of Rajsamand under which the demand was made to provide environment clearance at the earliest. Diya Kumari also discussed the issue of not giving priority to local people in employment by various industries of the Lok Sabha constituency. Shri Bhupender Yadav assured that all these issues will be looked into at the earliest and necessary action will be taken
