DUBAI, UAE: Global industry leaders, innovators and major disruptors will examine the latest trends and create meaningful dialogue to chart a better food future at Gulfood 2022, the 27th edition of the world’s largest annual F&B sourcing event.
Running at Dubai World Trade Centre from 13 – 17 February, the year’s first global gathering for the F&B industry has attracted the biggest brands and forward-thinking start-ups showcasing breakthrough technologies and groundbreaking solutions to address challenges and meet evolving consumer habits.
The mega event will also see a host of high-calibre F&B decision makers share valuable insights on evolving trends in the all-new Gulfood Inspire conference, during an informative and educational five days.
Arun Krishnan, COO-UAE, Fresh to Home, one of the world’s largest vertically integrated e-commerce F&B companies believes Q-commerce (quick commerce fast delivery from local shops), personalised commerce using artificial intelligence, ready-to-cook assortments, ghost kitchens, cloud kitchens, and automation using IoT are the ones to watch in 2022.

Peter Schatzberg, founder and CEO, Sweetheart Kitchen (bySWHK), who has pioneered the virtual kitchen model in three continents, believes the marketplace is ripe for further disruption, innovation, more startup capital, consolidation, and aggregation.

Spanning 21 Halls, the show will take place from 13 – 17 February 2022 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
