URLA’s new vegan menu showcases a divine selection of plant-based dishes, perfect for those looking for refined vegan dining options. Designed to be shared, highlights of the menu include URLA’s Meze Plates, which is a selection of traditional mezes from the Urla region in Turkey, as well as a Baby Spinach salad with beetroot, crushed walnuts and fresh orange finished with a balsamic dressing. The Vegan Ceviche features crispy sweet potato and a combination of the freshest vegetables, while the Orzo Wild Mushroom celebrates a rich and creamy textured Orzo pasta.
