Further development of areas such as Bahrain Bay has also seen an increase in published listings for sale and rent with many pending real estate projects finally coming close to completion. Listings in Bahrain Bay have increased dramatically, and have almost doubled in number when comparing the same time frame last year. These areas have been in very high demand for those looking for luxurious, mixed-use units, as the area cements its status as, a hub to many international businesses and commercial projects to attract tourism in Bahrain.
