Located on the 12th floor of Address Hotel, Fountain Views, this restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor seating that also proves a prime vantage point to marvel at the Dubai Downtown skyline and Burj Khalifa.
Conceived and curated by 7 management, CEO Rabih Fakhreddine says, “We are delighted to announce the launch of the first Le Rosé restaurant that will take pride of place in Address Hotel, Dubai Fountains. This is an incredibly elegant dining destination that will certainly make its mark on the city’s culinary scene. A soft and tasteful look can be found at Le Rosé, with a blush pink and grey colour palate incorporated throughout. Classic elegance reigns supreme at this restaurant with French art adorning the walls. Take advantage of the cooler weather and dine on the terrace that offers the most amazing views of Burj Khalifa. There is simply no better way to appreciate the beauty of the Downtown skyline.
A delicious array of classic yet reimagined French cuisine is available with entrées like the comforting classic, Soupe à l’Oignon- white onion soup with sourdough bread and Gruyère cheese or Burrata à la Truffe – burrata, heirloom cherry tomato, green and white asparagus and shaved black truffle. Why not begin with the wonderfully moreish Camembert au Four- baked camembert with garlic, thyme and toasted baguette or choose Tartare de Thon- bluefin tuna tartar for something lighter.
Mains are a delectable affair, with Filet de Loup de Mer au Pistou- pan fried sea bass served with potatoes, tomato, broad beans and courgette and Boeuf Rossini – 250g prime Black Angus beef tenderloin, foie gras, wild mushroom, fondant potato and truffle sauce.
If sharing is your forte, then be sure to try Plateau de Fromages – selection of French cheeses truffle honey, onion chutney and grapes or Côte de Boeuf- 1.5 kg grilled Black Angus prime rib. Dessert lovers rejoice as Le Rosé serves up Fondue au Chocolat, choosing either white or dark chocolate, served with fresh seasonal fruit or Crème Brûlée aux Framboises with raspberry, ginger and coconut.
