(DUBAI), United Arab Emirates: Following the launch of the Dh130 Samana Park Views project last week, Samana Developers today announced that 80 per cent of units have been sold out in just four days. Buyers and brokers noted developers’ commitment to building luxury lifestyle residences at affordable prices which attracted them and their investors alike.
The wellness-featured design of the G-6 Park Views residential project spans over 183,323 sq ft and includes 176 studio, one, two-bedroom apartments with private pools. The project, located in Arjan, is adjacent to a community park and in close proximity to the Dubai Butterfly and Miracle Gardens, two major tourist attractions in Dubai.

Park Views project has a flexible payment plan with a 10 per cent down payment, 1 per cent over 70 months, 10 per cent the 6th month, 5 per cent in the 12th month, and 5 per cent in the 18th month. Prices start from AED 459,000. The unit sizes start from 361 sqft for the studio, 937 for one-bedroom, 1,301 for two-bedroom apartments.
Samana Park Views is scheduled for delivery in Q2 2024.

The launch of Samana Developers’ other two new off-plan projects in line will take place this year and early 2022. New projects are Dh165 million Samana Waves in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), and Dh110 million Samana Golf Avenue-II at Dubai Studio City. The two launches are scheduled to be announced during and to the run-up of Expo 2020.
