Gurugram: Krisumi Corporation, India's first Indo- Japanese venture in real estate, has appointed Mohit Jain as the Managing Director. Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture of two titans: Sumitomo Corporation, a Fortune 500 company that has delivered 300 real estate projects globally and the automobile components behemoth Krishna Group. An alumnus of Boston University (USA), Mohit Jain has an exemplary track record across a diversified range of businesses. In his new role at Krisumi Corporation, he will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the company's business.

Jain’s interest in the real estate domain goes back to several years, and he has been associated with several prominent projects across different cities. One of his key projects includes a plush villa community on one of the most prime locations in Goa. Jain is responsible for conceptualising this project and leading the entire development initiative, utilising his in-depth knowledge of real estate dynamics.

Commencing as a start-up over a decade ago, his fashion venture went on to become reputed garment export firms in India with a strength of 400 people. Under his able leadership, the firm successfully established a core buyer network across the globe and exported its creations to almost all the key countries worldwide.
Krisumi Corporation’s maiden project is Krisumi Waterfall Residences is strategically located at Sector 36A on the confluence of three of the widest roads of Gurugram – National Highway-48, Central Peripheral Road and Northern Peripheral Road. It exemplifies the convergence of Japanese art and architecture with Indian aesthetics. Krisumi Waterfall Residences is a part of the larger integrated township called Krisumi City. The first phase, Krisumi Waterfall Residences, comprises 433 units (2, 3 LDK and penthouses), including an approximately 3345 sq. m. clubhouse.
