Since the beginning of the show, Pratik Sehajpal has been in the limelight and gained eyeballs. As per a task given, Bigg Boss OTT connections had to rank themselves (with Aapsi sehmati) on how strong their connection is in the house. Pratik and Akshara stood on the No1 stop and were adamant and didn’t move from that position at all. Since all the housemates did not reach a conclusion, Bigg Boss assigned Sima Taparia to rank them and Pratik and Akshara were chosen as one couple who shares the strongest bond and they became the first Boss Man and Boss Woman of the Bigg Boss OTT house.
