A testament to the skill and creativity of the Chefs, the menu includes holiday classics reimagined with a contemporary twist that pushes the boundaries of taste, promising guests a feast that captures the spirit of celebration.
Christmas at Chic Nonna:
The talented culinary team has meticulously curated a special Christmas menu for guests to enjoy on the 24th and 25th December. This menu infuses traditional Italian charm with a contemporary twist for AED 750 per person. The five-course set menu will start with an exquisite combination of beef tartare, delicately placed on a brioche crowned with a touch of caviar. As for perfect pasta options, guests can choose between the rich taste of Paccheri pasta intertwined with cod or Cappelletti ravioli stuffed with Bolognese. For the main course, guests can choose between Agnello, a roasted lamb leg served with cabbage, brussels sprouts, and lamb jus, or Baccala, white cod prepared Acqua pazza style with tomato datterino, potato, and black olive. Ending the dinner on a high note, the Christmas dessert promises a sweet surprise, adding the perfect finishing touch to guests’ festive dining experience.
Guests can choose between the festive set menu or ordering à la carte. For those staying in, guests can also bring the venue’s flavours to their homes by purchasing Chic Nonna’s fresh pasta, panettone, and freshly made chocolates and cookies.
New Years at Chic Nonna:
Chic Nonna, the avant-garde restaurant for Florentine flavours, invites guests to step into a world of mystery and glamour this New Year's Eve with "A Night with the Sopranos". Get ready for secret entrances, exclusive passwords, and pristine bars serving up ritzy drinks, and dive into the allure of hidden speakeasies, where surprises await at every turn. Guests can expect a night of revelry that transports them back to the era of clandestine sips and unbridled style.
As the clock strikes twelve, guests can enjoy the breath-taking views of Burj Khalifa’s fireworks from the terrace of Chic Nonna's restaurant and Salotto’s balcony, offering a panoramic view of the city's skyline.
Starting at 8 PM, guests can enjoy festive dishes from Chic Nonna’s menu, celebrating the joyful season. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, where guests can relish exclusive dishes, including the Insalata di Granchio for starters, a crab salad with warm fregula, chives, shallots, and fennel. For the main dishes, guests can indulge in the Risotto Astice, a lobster risotto with citrus gel and caviar, and the Triglia, a josper grilled red snapper with roasted capsicum and potato rosti, exclusively prepared for guests to start the New Year on a high note. A vegan menu will also be available to ensure every guest is well taken care of. As for the dessert, it will be kept as a sweet surprise on the night. A talented DJ will spin tunes into the evening, setting the perfect ambience for a night of celebration.
Salotto, the fabulous bar lounge, boasts the perfect New Year's Eve ambience with a combination of 70’s style decor and contemporary luxe. Starting at 8 PM, guests can revel in delicious festive dishes from the menu, while enjoying some jazzy live music before the DJ takes over the venue until closing.
