Sleek, lavish and sophisticated, with a spicy little entertaining edge, the revamped weekend-must takes place every Saturday at the flagship Pier 7 venue, Dubai Marina.
To celebrate the continuation of the brand's evolution, the immersive Pan-Asian UAE favorite has partnered with London-born luxury womenswear brand, Odd Muse for four weeks, starting 11th November, bringing a sixth sensory exploration to the immersive experience.
Giving brunch-goers the opportunity to win a complimentary brunch for four people, as well as pieces from the viral Odd Muse party collection, get ready to savour a delicious new menu, accompanied by masterfully crafted free-flowing cocktails from expert mixologists amidst an electric brunch vibe and famed views of the Dubai Marina.
Nestled inside Pier 7 with views spanning across the iconic Marina skyline, from 2pm to 5pm, embark on a culinary exploration of the Silk Road, dining amongst the breathtaking indoor interiors, or al fresco on Asia Asia's expansive terrace.
With four decadent courses, inspired by chef's favourites, the brunch menu is an intricate exploration of the ancient Spice Route. Start with Edamame, followed by fresh Maki, Sashimi, or Nigiri, Cucumber Salad, Shrimp Gyoza, Seabass Tempura, Char Siu Chicken, and Beef Yakitori. For mains, discover a choice of flavorful dishes, including Szechuan Shrimp, Black Cod, Jasmine Lamb Chops and more, served with delicious sides of Fried Rice or Stir-fried Broccolini.
Those with a sweet tooth will love chef's Yuzu Cheesecake, Pomegranate Granita, Fruit Cracker and Matcha Foam Brûlée, washed down with bottomless house grapes, hops and spirits, and such handcrafted cocktails as Asian Bay, Mango Lust and the signature namesake, Oddmuse.
