Pune, 15 July 2023 – Bharat Forge, a Pune-based Indian conglomerate, celebrated World Youth Skills Day by demonstrating its commitment to youth skill development and its contribution to the national Skill India movement. In partnership with four Government ITIs, Bharat Forge facilitated skill development through its Incubation Centre. As part of this initiative, the company was in the process of setting up a CNC simulation lab at ITI Khed, providing practical training opportunities and enhancing the skill sets of aspiring professionals.
Bharat Forge also undertook mentorship programs to upskill young farmers and budding engineers. By providing guidance, expertise, and real-world exposure, the company nurtured talents and equipped the youth with necessary skills to drive innovation and contribute to India's economic growth.
