March 2023, Dubai | This Holy Month of Ramadan, SLS Dubai invites guests to gather their friends and family and head up to the 75th floor to discover SLS' Iftar Tent, to break their fast with a culinary journey surrounded by the city's breath-taking views.
For AED 185 per person, guests can experience the rooftop Iftar at sunset, where they will experience SLS Dubai’s first-class hospitality and panoramic views over the city skyline. With plush seating, colourful lanterns, and intricate Arabian carpets, the traditional Arabic-style tent is gilded with gold and features a flourish of the signature SLS style and accents.
Honouring the spirit of Ramadan, the sharing style menu commences with delightful Medjoul Dates and a selection of traditional fresh juices to break the fast and quench the thirst. Guests will be served warm freshly baked breads and a range of traditional dips to elevate the dining experience. Sharing style starters will be served, including signature dishes such as Falafel with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and chilli pepper; Crumbed Asparagus with saffron aioli; hearty Rösti Potato with yoghurt, pomegranate, and mint; and a comforting warm bowl of Lentil Soup with lemon and olive oil.
For the main course, guests can choose from an abundant selection of cuisines. From the Short Rib Tajine with couscous, chickpea, apricot, cinnamon, to the specialty spicy sea bream Samke Harra, to the enticing Roasted Carrots with pomegranate, almond, and coriander, drizzled with tahini. Ending the affair on a sweet note, a selection of desserts will be served to the table, including Saffron and Pistachio Kunafa, creamy Baklava Ice Cream with honey, and a selection of Arabic sweets.
