Zeelompics is a quarterly recognition program and through digital felicitation, 3% of the workforce that demonstrates competency led behaviors to drive key business outcomes is rewarded. The one-of-its-kind quarterly program aims to inspire employees and set higher individual benchmarks; pushing the workforce to excel and upgrade themselves consistently.
Another exceptional program recognized by the forum was the instant peer-to-peer internal digital recognition platform – Cheers4Peers.
