Jaipur, 16 December: SK Finance World Health and Wellness Fest is being organised on 17 and 18 December in Jaipur. The Fest is being jointly organised by SK Finance and Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha. To be held at Entertainment Paradise, Jawahar Circle, the Fest will see a combination of various activities related to health and wellness. The Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Kalraj Mishra will be the Chief Guest of its closing ceremony.
Chief patron of the Fest and Vice Chancellor of RUHS, Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Chairman of the organizing committee of the Fest and Vice Chairman of JECRC University, Amit Agarwal and President of Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha, Pandit Suresh Mishra said that spreading awareness about health and wellness among people is the main objective of organising this event. This Fest has been designed keeping in mind aspects like holistic living and spiritual comfort. It will showcase a range of products, services and concepts to inspire people to follow the path of greater satisfaction.
Fest co-founders Mukesh Mishra and Narishant Sharma told that many investors, industry experts and brand leaders will be on one platform here. Various sessions at SK Finance World Health & Wellness Fest will discuss the role of good health in longevity and well-being, and the role healthcare institutions and consumers can play in global health change . In these sessions, the participants will also be able to benefit from the knowledge of many ministers and eminent speakers from more than 20 countries. Entry to the Fest is absolutely free for the general public, but prior registration on the Fest's website is necessary.
The Fest will start on 17th December at 10 am with 'Let's Drum Jaipur'. In this, many people will form a circle and play drums and percussion on the directions of the instructor. Its participants will be motivated by HH Lokesh Muni, Dr. Mickey Mehta and Dr. Jayshree Periwal. Osho Omkar meditation session of Yogacharya Dhakaram, founder of Yogpeace Institute will be organized at 6 pm. On the second day of the fest, one thousand people will do 10-10 pushups. In this way, an attempt will be made to create a world record by doing a total of 10,000 push-ups. To underline the importance of art in the medical and health sector, a 'Wellness Corner - Close to Nature' will be organised along with many artistic activities.
Several motivational and impactful sessions will be organized on both the days of the Fest. On the first day, Dr. Mickey Mehta and Ravi Goenka will deliver a session on the topic 'Wellness 8 to 80 — 360 degrees'. In the session 'All About Diabetes-How to Stay Healthy', Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Dr. Pramila Sanjay and Dr. Vijay Kapoor will share tips for better health. Apart from this, other sessions like 'Myths and Facts about Organ Transplant' by Dr. Shailendra Lalwani, Dr. Jitendra Goswami, Dr. Amarjeet Mehta and Dr. Ravikant Porwal; 'Brain Health for All' by Dr. Bhawana Sharma, Dr. Deepak Jain and Dr. Pushkar Gupta; 'Lifestyle Related Musculoskeletal Disorders' by Dr. Shailendra Solanki and Dr. Jayant Sen; 'Living Well with Kidney Disease' by Dr. Dhananjai Agrawal; 'Freedom to Breathe' by Dr. Vinod Joshi, Dr. Shubhra Jain and Dr. Ankit Bansal; 'Recent Developments in Cancer Care' by Dr. Kapil Dev, Dr. Nikhil Mehta, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Pehalajani and Dr. Kartick Rastogi; 'Digital Healthcare' by Dr. Jaikrishan Mittal, Dr. Shailesh Jhawar, Dr. Prakash Keswani and Sudhanshu Goyal; 'Film and our wellness' by film director Madhur Bhandarkar; 'OG Roadie Rannvijay Singha's Fitness Mantra' by Rannvijay Singha, will also be organised. Mahavir Sharma, Dr. Sheenu Jhawar, Yash Setia and Sushil Sharma will motivate the participants in the pitch fest.
The second day's activities will begin with a yoga session by Himadri Bhatnagar. After this, yoga can also be done under the guidance of Lulu Berton. On the second day Dr. Sanjeev Sharma and RJ Karthik's 'Dil Ki Baat Dil Se, Hardam Kar Kadam'; 'Medical Tourism—Scope in Present Scenario' by Abhik Moitra, Ranjan Thakur, Dalip Kumar Chopra; Dr. Sundeep Jain's 'Journey of Abdominal Cancer Patient Diagnosis to Rehabilitation'; 'Benefits of Mental Health' by Dr. Samir Parikh; 'Antibiotics: Myths and Facts' by Dr. Pankaj Anand; Amit Vajpayee's 'Words and Our Wellness'; N. Raghuraman's 'Fundamentals of Wellness Management'; 'Financial Wellbeing' by Rajendra Setia and Mandira Bedi; Mandira Bedi and Anita Hada Sangwan's 'Life Journey' will be organised. After the closing ceremony, there will be a 'heal with music' show by Dr. Sameer Sharma, Dr. Jitendra Makkar and IPS Prassan Khamsera.
