Hyderabad based MagikMinds fully acquired by the TRC Companies, Inc. (“TRC”) as the expansion of TRC’s technology solutions. Founded in 2010, MagikMinds provides expert geospatial information systems (“GIS”) consulting and implementation services to the utilities and telecom industries, with a presence in the U.S., Canada, Australia and a delivery Centre of Excellence in India. MagikMinds also boasts a product portfolio that further enables the digitalization of field data.
MagikMinds’ expertise in enterprise GIS, combined with TRC’s existing capabilities, further positions TRC as a leading provider of end-to-end information and operational technology (“IT/OT”) solutions to utility and telecommunications industries. The acquisition enhances TRC’s global reach, deepening relationships within North America and broadening TRC’s presence into the Asia-Pacific region.
