Jaipur, 13 September: As a part of the ‘Samaj Sewa Project’, in collaboration with the Sukhmani Sewa Society Bani Park (Regd.), immersion of ashes (funerary urns) of around 150 underprivileged deceased was carried out in the Ganges in Haridwar. Society members, Surya Uday Singh, and social workers Neeraj Tambolia and Krishna Gopal Sipariya reached Haridwar on Monday with the urns from Jaipur. On Tuesday morning, with the help of a Pandit, the ashes of the deceased were immersed in the Ganges. On the occasion, the member of the society, Surya Uday Singh said that work related to this type of social concern will be continued by the Society in future as well.
