Jaipur, 12 September: The "United Nations World Day of Remembrance" is celebrated every year on the third Sunday of November all over the world with the aim of taking lessons from the memory of people who have been hurt and killed in road accidents and to pay tribute to them.
This year, the Muskan Foundation of Jaipur in association with the Palace School will come together with more than 40 schools of Jaipur city to pay tribute to the memory of all those who lost their lives in road accidents.
Urvashi Warman, Principal of The Palace School informed that approximately 400 students will participate in this program along with more than one thousand citizens of the city. A music workshop was organised for the music in-charges of all participating schools in the premises of the Palace School today. They rehearsed Shanti Path Shloka, Rap on Road Safety and Road Rule Songs based on Rajasthani Folk songs.
Neha Khullar, the Project Director of Muskaan Foundation said that the main program will be organized on 20th November 2022 in the open- air theatre of Ravindra Manch, in which information about the rules of road safety will be given in an interesting manner.
