Saurya Urja Company of Rajasthan Limited (SUCRL) has partnered with AISECT ltd. to establish and operate Skill Development and Solar Training Institute at Phalodi under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Local Area Development (LAD) programme to encourage the youth of Rajasthan to take up skill training and benefit from employment and self-employment opportunities thereafter.
Under this program, AISECT Ltd. will facilitate training for approximately 500 candidates every year and will provide assistance with opportunities for employment and self-employment. The institute is providing training in Solar PV Installer, Tailoring, Data Entry Operator, Plumbing job roles. Interested candidates can enquire at the Saurya Urja - AISECT Training Center, Near NK Cinema, Adarsh Nagar, Phalodi.
Shri Keshav Prasad (CEO of SUCRL) informs that this special skill training program was started in 2019 in partnership with AISECT Ltd. to enforce the strong social commitment of SUCRL towards the larger society. Shri Keshav Prasad said that new courses will be introduced in future so that candidates can access training opportunity according to their interest.
Shri Bibhu Biswal (Senior Vice President) elaborates by saying that skill training has been a pillar of support for many during the Covid-19 pandemic. In future education engrained with skill training shall become the epitome for professional success for the youth and will provide cushion for competitiveness.
Shri Mehtab Ahmed, (CSR Head of Solar Energy) expressed happiness on successful implementation of the free skill training programme so far as it has generated good employment and self employment opportunities for at least 70-80% trainees. Mr. Ahmed said that SUCRL is contented to be associated with a prestigious training partner like AISECT Ltd. and hopes that the partnership will bring in positive change for the youth of Phalodi area and will help in their economic progress.
AISECT’s Director Shri Arvind Chaturvedi said that Saurya Urja Company of Rajasthan Limited is a reputed organization and AISECT is honored to be a part of SUCRL’s bid to develop professional manpower through skill development in the Phalodi area. AISECT has been running this program successfully for over two years now and despite the challenges posed by the pandemic 70 to 80% students were linked with employment & self-employment opportunities. With the help of SUCRL, many students have benefited under short term training programs in various courses. Continuous efforts are also being made to connect them with employment & Self-employment opportunities.
