Jaipur: Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari today demanded a CBI probe into the Alwar assault incident which occurred on 11 January. In a letter to the Chief Minister, Ashok Gehlot, the MP has written that the Alwar SP has given a statement that the specially-abled 16-year old girl was not subjected to any sexual assault. She has categorically stated that as if an attempt is being made to cover up the case and make it look like an ordinary crime incident. In view of the above, the MP has urged the Chief Minister to recommend to the Centre for an impartial CBI inquiry.
