OPPO in search for the stories of heroic people in Bangladesh

Dhaka: On the occasion of 50th Victory Day of Bangladesh, the leading global smart device brand OPPO, in collaboration with BURO Bangladesh, has come up with an innovative campaign styled as ‘Stories of Heroic People’ for its users and fans to give them an outlet for bringing the real-life heroes in focus. 

 

Bangladesh is a country that has struggled a lot and sacrificed blood for the freedom of the people in 1971. This country’s independence is hard earned. This is the month of victory. The same kind of struggle and hardships were seen during the pandemic when cross-sections of people struggled hard to survive this adverse situation. Many have risen to the occasion just like those liberation war days to stand by people. To pay tribute to those war heroes as well as modern-day heroes of the present time (such as front liners), OPPO Bangladesh kicked off an activity ‘Stories of Heroic People’.

 

This campaign will be beginning on 12 December and continue till 18 December 2021. During this period, smartphone users will have to share the story of any heroic man with OPPO. There must be so many people around you who are real-life heroes in the truest sense and possess all the heroic attributes. If you know any such person, this is your chance to participate in this campaign and get rewarded as well. All you need to do is share his/her story (from your friends, relatives, acquaintances or any random man) on OPPO Bangladesh’s Official Facebook page along with his/her picture. Those amazing stories, scenes, and moments of heroes will be collected in OPPO Gallery, a virtual online art collection where everyone can create their own stories with a simple hashtag.

 

The 3 heroes will be graciously rewarded by OPPO and BURO Bangladesh. They will be given necessary support to make sure that the heroes can experience some kind of social amelioration and their journey of life gets a bit easier. There is something exciting for the participants as well. The participants who will share beautiful stories can have the opportunity to win OPPO’s recently-launched phone Reno6 or IoT products as gifts. 

 

It is mentionable that this social devoted campaign has been powered by OPPO Bangladesh in partnership with BURO Bangladesh. Earlier, OPPO and BURO Bangladesh jointly hosted some of Bangladesh’s leading content initiators like Prito Reza the renowned content creator and photographer to reveal the stories of unsung heroes of Bangladesh. Along with Prito Reza a group of photographers and influencers joined hands to capture the stories of heroes with OPPO Reno6, which is equipped with Bokeh Flare Portrait. Inspired by this activity, OPPO Bangladesh has now brought in the same opportunity for the O fans and users.

 

Be heard by sharing the untold stories of the heroes living around you. This will not only be a tribute to the hero you know, but also a great way to celebrate this year’s Victory Day.
