Jaipur: After a hiatus of three years, Jaipur Olympian Shagun Chowdhary bagged the bronze medal in the women’s trap shooting at the National Shooting Championship Competitions today in Patiala. The shooter scored a total of 27 points.
The gold and the silver medals were bagged by Shreyasi Singh (34 points) and Pragati Dubey (31 points).
It is worth noting that Shagun won a Gold Medal and Bronze Medal in the National Shooting Championships in 2017 and 2018 respectively. She is also the only Indian woman Shotgun Shooter to have represented India in the Olympics till date.
