“When passion becomes your purpose, it will one day become your profession”, and this was no different with Jijin Mohan and Sarath Kumar. Two aspiring entrepreneurs with an ambition to set up an empire of their own. The duo from Kozhikode, a coastal city in the South Indian State of Kerala wrote their own success story through sheer determination and passion for creativity and marketing.
The commonness in their views and their passion bought them together, which led to the idea of setting up a performance marketing start-up. Soon this idea took shape with the inception of “CodeAce IT Solutions LLP”. CodeAce initially started off as a five-member team at the Mobile 10x Acceleration Hub in the Cyberpark campus at Kozhikode, in 2018.
Like in the case of any other developing start-up, Jijin and Sarath also faced numerous challenges setting up CodeAce IT Solutions. Starting an enterprise on a scale such as this was next to impossible as Kozhikode was not an advantageous location due to the lack of available resources. It was their joint effort and hard work that kept them moving forward despite all the odds and finally in late September 2021, their company started working with full-fledged operations.
Today CodeAce has transformed itself by leaps and bounds from a small-scale company to an organization that has the capability to employ over fifty employees. CodeAce recently opened its Phase II office at B1 of the Sahya Building in Cyberpark and now covers 3200sq ft. built-up space in total. This was only made possible due to the determination and dedication of Jijin and Sarath. The duo together built CodeAce brick by brick from 2018 to its present state.
“We started on a small scale at the Mobile 10x acceleration hub in Cyberpark. Initially, it was extremely stressful as Performance Marketing is not product-based. However, the determination and hard work of our team grew our firm into an enterprise that generates an annual turnover of one million dollars.” said Jijin Mohan, Founder and CEO of CodeAce IT Solutions LLP.
Currently, we cater to clients in providing services like Ad Tech Development, Internet Marketing, Content Network, Marketing Consulting, and diversified advertising strategies for various segments and 80% of our revenue is generated from SEO-based projects added Sarath Kumar, COO of CodeAce IT Solutions LLP.
Even during desperate times when many start-ups felt the heat of coronavirus pandemic. The one thing that gave CodeAce an edge over others was Jijin’s technical know-how of Performance Marketing and the hands-on knowledge he had acquired while he worked as a freelancer alongside his graduation. The exposure and experience he gained overseas gave them an advantageous position over other competitors.
