Dubai, UAE : Flow’s popular Flow Talks Series – Ramadan Edition, continues to attract Dubai residents with a wealth of knowledge sharing and tips across a multitude of topics during the Holy Month of Ramadan. The concluding two sessions will focus on art and fitness, providing viewers creative inspiration for their body and mind.
On Tuesday May 4th at 4pm UAE-based artist and designer Mona Fares will host an art masterclass fit for families and adults alike. The renowned personality will guide viewers through breathing new life into any white fabric-based items such as a pair of white sneakers or t-shirts with tie-dye techniques.
To conclude the month-long Flow Talks Series on a healthy note, yogi and fitness instructor Nancy Zabneh will be taking over Flow’s Instagram on Tuesday May 11th at 4pm. Nancy will host a discussion on the benefits of yoga and the purification elements it has on the body and soul. Her focus on controlling emotions and carrying over values learnt during the Holy month is a topic everyone can surely learn from.
The Instagram live takeover sessions began with a successful session by chef and food content creator Zahra Abdalla, who spoke about minimising food wastage and practicing mindfulness and sustainability. She was followed by creative make-up artist Nadine Hossam, who discussed the importance of skincare, staying true to yourself, and answered viewers questions about her make-up routine and career to keep them entertained.
