Hyderabad: Leading barbecue restaurant chain, Absolute Barbecues (AB’s), opened its 48th restaurant on the 4th floor, SLN Plaza, Kompally, Hyderabad on Wednesday. With this, AB’s has made its 07th foray in Telangana. The brand is not only talked about customer-centricity but sets an example by practicing it. Hence, AB’s has decided to follow the mantra once again this time and invited its top admirers as chief guests for the inauguration. All invited fans joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mr Debabrata Mishra, Corporate Chef, Absolute Barbecues & Mr Ritam Mukherjee, Regional Head – South Operations, Absolute Barbecues; on 24th November 2021 at 12 PM.
AB’s, which started in 2013, is already a well-known brand in the barbecue space with presence in 20 cities in India with multiple footprints. The company runs three restaurants in Dubai as well. AB’s has 9 restuarants in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, off which 7 are in Hyderabad, Kompally being the 7th one. In Hyderabad AB’s restaurants are located at Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachbowli, Inorbit Mall, Miyapur, Secunderabad and now Kompally. Apart from these, AB’s has presence in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada and will be adding more in the City and the Telugu states.
“It has always been our endeavour to reach out to our customers. Kompally was on our radar from the day one as we were getting serious trade inquiries from this region. We are happy to arrive finally and I am confident that with the exemplary food and services we will improve the goodwill even more in the city,” said Mr Mukherjee, today. Telugu states are one of the strongest markets for Absolute Barbecues, we have 9 stores here, all of them are doing pretty well and are exploring to add more in the city. Customer traction has never been an issue for AB’s, how we can deliver properly is our thrust, because our customers have been patronsising us for long and they have been generous to us. We have few more pockets in Hyderabad which are worth exploring and will be tapping more areas and expanding our network here in the coming days. We are going to host a Carnival this festive season to celebrate Christmas and New Year, from December 22nd, 2021 to January 2nd,2022, which is food plus entertainment, with lot of interesting recepies and lot of engagement on the floor, lot of fun, music and dance.
Mr Debabrata Mishra said, our Biryani offering are the best among the buffet we have, these biryani’s are made with authentic flavor and prepared by people from the families who for generations mastered Biryani cuisine in Hyderabad. Our USP is Wish Grill, which has choice of exotic meats, sea foods and vegetables. AB’s is known for beyond food, as we ensure a unique experience by letting the guest to add the flavors he relishes, the seasoning he desires is customed to the customer’s taste. Also, we have a complete open kitchen, where the guest can see the food being prepared for them, be it main course or starters. Offlate hygiene is a priority and open kitchen gives them the confidence. We have modified our Wish Grill counter in Kompally, there are additional offerings to satiate the foodies in Kompally. During the Carnival being hosted from Dcemeber 22nd,2021, there will lot of exotic roast foods, grills, deserts, cake stations to go with the flavors of Christmas season. We have customised the food to suit the taste buds of our patrons.
