Jaipur: As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) and the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Rajasthan, are organsing a musical rendition, ‘Indovirus: Rajasthan’s Folk Fusion with Jazz’ that will be held on Sunday, 21 November at 6.30 pm at Madhyavarti in JKK.
The program is directed and composed by Mr Tapesh R. Panwar and will feature MTV Coke Studio Fame, Ms Bhanwari Devi. During the performance songs such as Umrao, Holi, Hichki, Meera Mithi, Thane Kate, Chad Chad Jana, will be presented.
The band members will include Sharon Johnson, RD Singh, Abhinav Thamang, Aakash Chopra, Arnav Fernandes and Priyansh. Sachin Lele will be looking after the lighting of the show, and Varun Patil will be looking after the sound arrangements.
