Jaipur, 28 February: Dr Kailash Verma, MLA from Bagru in Jaipur, paid a visit to Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) and was welcomed by MUJ Vice Chancellor, Dr G.K. Prabhu. The two dignitaries engaged in a fruitful discussion covering many important topics. Dr Verma's visit was organised by MUJ to congratulate him and discuss both social and student-centric matters. During his visit, Dr Verma interacted with MUJ Pro President Commodore (Dr) Jawahar M Jangir, Registrar Dr Neetu Bhatnagar, and board members -Abhay Jain, and Mohan Das Pai.
During the interaction, several important topics were discussed, including plans to improve basic facilities in the nearby area, initiatives to enhance road infrastructure for easier commuting between Jaipur city and Bagru, and strategies to tackle antisocial activities in the region. MUJ President, Dr G.K. Prabhu, provided Dr Verma with an overview of the university and conducted a campus tour. Dr Verma's visit presented the collaborative efforts between the university and local authorities to address community needs and come up with a plan of action to improve the overall well-being of the region. This visit was a clear reflection of how MUJ is committed to building meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders to drive positive change and development in the community.
