NATIONAL LEVEL NORTHERN INDIA LADIES’ AND JUNIOR GIRLS’ CHAMPIONSHIP
Jaipur, 27 April. National level Northern India Ladies and Junior Girls Championship was organized by Indian Golf Union at Rambagh Golf Club. In this championship, the practice round and then main championship was organized. 65-70 ladies and junior girls from all over India participated. The winners were announced in various categories of the competition. The winner of Category 'C' is Guntas Kaur Sandhu and runner-up Shambhavi Chaturvedi, while Saanvi Sonu is the winner of Category 'B' and Kaya Daluwatte is the runner-up. Similarly, the winner of category - 'Ladies A and B & Girls combined' is Keerthana Rajeev Nayyar and runner-up Ananya Garg.
In addition to this, Shiksha Jain from Rambagh Golf Club performed well in the 'C' category and secured the fifth position.
At the end of the competition, all the winners were awarded prizes by the Secretary, Mr. Hem Singh Khangarot and Treasurer, Mr. Sachindra Mishra, of Rambagh Golf Club. On this occasion, the club's General Manager, Colonel J.B. Singh (Retd.) and the Tournament Director, I.G.U., Ms. Nalini Singh, were also present.
