Thiruvananthapuram, January 17, 2023: The students of Idinjar tribal school will now receive education equipped with the latest technology. Technopark companies Kennedys IQ and D cube AI has converted two classrooms of the school into intelligent interactive classrooms. The classrooms of Idinjar Tribal High School have been converted into smart classrooms as part of the social responsibility programmes conducted by Kennedys IQ in the fields of education, nature conservation and climate change in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Kennedys IQ donated the smart equipment, furniture and basic facilities needed for it. Kennedys IQ India CEO Tony Joseph said that the renovations of other classrooms are also under consideration in the coming years.
MLA D.K Murali who inaugurated the function said that the underprivileged should also receive modern education and that the whole society should join hands for the same. He added that imparting higher education to these students will uplift them and that the nation will benefit from their services. He also stated that the companies in Technopark have modernized Idinjar school and this can be seen as a continuation of the services done by the community to bring online education to those who were deprived of resources during the Covid pandemic.
Speaking at the event, Kennedys IQ Product and Innovation Director Karim Derrick said that the students are the builders of tomorrow and that it is our duty to provide them with higher education. Recalling his time as a teacher, Karim also spoke about the role of educational facilities in enabling the new generation to make new discoveries.
Manu Madhavan , D Cube AI COO said that The modern facilities prepared in the school have paved the way for the teachers to teach creatively. He also added that studying in smart classrooms from primary classes would enable the students to familiarize with technology while entering higher education which will mold them into the best students.
Juslet Xavier, the Headmistress of Idinjar High School welcomed the audience. Sheeja V, Palode AEO, Karim Derrick, Product and Innovation Director Kennedys IQ, Tony Joseph, Kennedy's IQ India CEO, Kennedys IQ CFO Jayakumar R, Binoop Lal D Cube AI CEO Shaju R, D Cube AI Director, Manu Madhavan, D Cube AI COO, Bhasurangi, Idinjar Ward Member, Laiju Rani, PTA President. The employees of Kennedys IQ were also present at the event. Bushra Basheer,the School leader concluded the function with a vote of thanks for the function. The inauguration ceremony was followed by cultural performances by the students.
