Leading infrastructure consultancy Rodic Consultants recruits fresh talent under the 'Campus Hire Programme 2021’

New Delhi: With the focus on onboarding people with new-age skills, leading infrastructure consultancy, Rodic Consultants Pvt Ltd., has recruited 13 students from reputed higher educational institutions like IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, NIT Durgapur and BIT Mesra, and SCMHRD-Pune. under its “Campus Hire programme 2021”. These students are fresh out of college, having B. Tech., M. Tech., and MBA degrees. They will be inducted into departments such as Tunnel, Designs, Highways & Bridges, Railways & Metro, Water & Environment, Urban & Industrial Development and Business Development based on their skills and requirements.

 

RODIC has added these young talents to its workforce between during the Pandemic. The compensation package offered to the fresh graduates is in line with industry standards amid the global pandemic, underscoring the company's focus on talent acquisition and nurturing. RODIC offers them a one-year robust training program in soft skills, technical and project management skills for their successful career in engineering and planning. These trainings are organised by a strong Learning & Development (L&D) Team and professional experts.
